WP Pay Per View Product Settings

To access the WP Pay Per View product settings from your WordPress dashboard go to Products > Add New > Product Data > WP Pay Per View

Product Data
If you’re selling one-off access to videos (but not subscriptions or credits), select the “Simple product” option from the dropdown menu.

Check “Virtual” and “Licensed”. If you don’t want your users to enter a license key to view the video, leave “Licensed” unchecked.

Redirect
This setting allows you to redirect the user to a a product page after payment has been received.

Shortcode
This setting allows you to enable users to embed a shortcode of a video into a page or post.

View Counts Limit
This setting lets you limit the user to a certain amount of video views. Set ‘0’ for unlimited views.

Credits Price
Set the price of credits here.

Video URLs
Video URLs – Add File Button
Click the “Add File” button to reveal the Add File fields.

Video URLs – Free
Check this box to allow the customer to watch the video for free.

Video URLs – Name
Enter the name of the video shown to the customer.

Video URLs – Duration
Enter the time duration of the video shown to the customer.

Video URLs – URL
Enter the URL or absolute path to the video that customers to. URLs entered here should already be encoded.

Placeholder Image
Add a placeholder image for a video you will add later. Use an image url from your Media Library and add it to the Video URL field. Price must be entered on the Product > General tab.

Watch For Free
The users with the roles checked below are allowed to watch the video in this product for free.
